グローバル化が進んでいく中、いずれ英語という言語は必要不可欠となります。そのためには将来子供たちが大きくなり、世界進出した時、Engagedで学んだ語学を活かし自分たちの道へと進んでいけるよう全身全霊サポート致します。
方針
「人を知る。周りを見る。道を開く。」
- Engagedの最大の魅力は「子供たち一人一人によりそう」ところです。一人一人がどのような才能を持ち、その子に合ったペースで物事を教えることができます。常に一人一人に自信を与えるようなサポートをいたします。
- 私たちの身の回りにある物の中でもまだ知らないものが数々あります。それこそが子供たちの「好奇心」へと導きます。「これは何？」「やってみたい！」この声を基に私たちがその好奇心に対してサポートいたします。
- 人間にとって「道」というのは極めて大事なものです。「道」があるから進むのです。「道」というのは、いわゆる、「人生の境目」です。私たちは数多くの才能、可能性を秘めている子供たち一人一人に合った「道」を開かせるサポートをいたします。

Goal

As globalization growing up, soon we will be essential of using “English.” We will support children to be more comfortable and flexible thinkers by what they learn here in Engaged when they grow up.
Policy
“Know, see, open”
- “We will always be by your side”
We need to know each students about what they like or dislike and analyze what kind of abilities do they have. That turns to the balance of English lessons, how do we teach more effectively. We will support to have confidence and courage in children by knowing each other. - “Observe around you”
We have many things that we haven’t known yet. That will lead to the children’s “Curiosity.” ‘What is this?’ ‘Can I try?’ We will listen to those voices and support what they curious about. - “Open the path”
We can go straight to the goal because we have a path. Life is a path. We will help to open and take children to the goal step by step.
